We have strategically placed Golden Tickets behind our products. Below is a list of just some of the discounts and prizes we have attached to our vending machine products. PLEASE NOTE: Not all products will contain a golden ticket. Discounts can only be retained in-store, there is no online redemption of prizes. URBNSURF vouchers can only be redeemed at URBNSURF.

Our Vending Machines are located in Thornbury and Newport. They are accessible to the general public, 24/7. The Thornbury stores vending machine faces Raleigh St, just on the corner of Victoria Rd and the Newport vending machine is located in the front window at 38 Hall St. You can learn more about our vending machines HERE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any ticket containing a discount or redemption can only be retained via Melbourne Surfboard Shop retail outlets. Golden Ticket discounts, gifts or products cannot be redeemed via our online facilities.

Only one ticket per transaction can be redeemed, however some exclusions may apply when retaining a prize alongside a discount.

Any gifs or prizes won using a Golden Ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded. Discounted items will be exchanged for their dollar amount. Refer to our T's & C's for full information on refunds and exchanges.

We reserve the right to change prices or our products within the vending machine and the allocated prizes at any time.
