Click and Collect

It is highly advised that you use our 'Click & Collect' service for anyone local when buying online. Shipping is a wild ride at the moment, with varying delivery estimates. Simply add your item to cart, then select "Click and Collect' from delivery methods when checking out. Most items can be ready for pick-up within 3 hours.

Small / Medium Packages

Australia Post have issued cut off times for their Parcel Post Service of:

13th of December anywhere in Australia except WA & NT

8th December for WA & NT for Parcel Post

Melbourne Surfboard Shop is primarily using Australia Post to deliver small to medium sized packages. Check the Australia Post website for delivery estimates to get your delivery before Christmas Eve.
Alternatively you can use our “Pick Up from Store” option to ensure you don’t miss out and we’ll have your item(s) ready for collection any time during store hours.

Surfboard Packages

Melbourne Surfboard Shop is primarily using Couriers to deliver surfboards Australia wide. Our couriers offer a 2 day turn around in metro Melbourne and up to a week in other metropolitan areas. As retail hots up, expect extra delays for delivery to get your delivery before Christmas Eve. Sometimes we can offer delivery of new surfboards by staff members throughout Melbourne Metro (unlikely during December) or alternatively you can call our own UBER dude Dave. Follow the instructions here to use Dave to deliver you your board:
