Dings, dents, delamination, nose repairs, tail repairs, snaps, fin box repairs, fin box upgrades, restorations, colour matching, pigment fills, pin lines and gloss polish finishes.

Materials

PU, Epoxy & Composite

Polyester resin, epoxy resin, soft fabrics, plastics, carbon rails and carbon inlays. Epoxy surfcraft include a $30 surcharge because of material and labour costs.

Delamination

Delamination repairs remove damaged glass, rebuild the affected area, and seal the board so it can get back in the water.

Colour Matching & Pigment Fill

Colour work uses resin tint or pigment to match the original board as closely as possible. Fluoro colours and aged clear boards may take longer.

We repair FCS, FCS II, Futures, single fin boxes, glass-ons and older plugs, including replacements when fins are no longer available.

Before Drop Off

Bring It In Ready

Remove temporary patches

Take off tape and waterproof patches before bringing the board in.

Remove loose hardware

Take off the leash and remove fins where possible.

Clean off sand and dirt

Boards should be free from dirt and sand so the damage can be assessed properly.
