Stock & Pricing
We aim to keep stock and pricing accurate. Rare inventory discrepancies, human errors, or pricing changes may require correction before an order is accepted or fulfilled.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom order surfboards, order-in products, and special orders may have separate cancellation, return, and payment requirements.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped may incur shipping and return freight costs.
Payment
Payment & Title
Accepted online payment methods are shown at checkout. Melbourne Surfboard Shop may request additional checks, including photo identification, for high-value card orders or suspected payment risk.
Title in goods does not pass to the customer until the full order amount has been paid.

Delivery Terms
Melbourne Surfboard Shop ships Australia-wide where courier service is available, with selected items available to New Zealand where supported. Surfboards and bulky items use freight pricing and packing methods suited to their size and risk.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details and a contact phone number. Some deliveries require a signature. Re-delivery, refused shipment, unclaimed goods, or customer-arranged freight costs may be passed on where applicable.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims are handled in line with the refund policy, product condition, manufacturer warranty, and Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect, missing, damaged, or faulty items should be reported as soon as possible with order details and supporting photos where relevant.

Gift cards are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card.

Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced or refunded.
