What is the winter starting point?

Is fit still important?

Yes. A warm suit that is loose will flush cold water. A suit that is too tight can make paddling tiring.

How do I make it last?

Rinse with fresh water, dry in shade with airflow and use wetsuit wash when it needs more than a rinse.
