Will FCS II fins fit older FCS plugs?

No, FCS II fins are made for FCS II boxes. Older twin-tab or FCS plugs need compatible twin-tab fins unless an adapter or specific compatible product is used.

Which FCS II template is the best all-rounder?

Performer is the most neutral starting point. Choose more rake for drive, more upright templates for tighter turning, or larger templates for extra hold.

Do I need side bites or quad rears?

Use side bites in 2+1 or mid-length setups when you want more hold. Use quad rears to tune a four-fin setup for drive, speed or release.
