Every board in the water eventually needs a quick fix, and half a tin of resin going off in the shed doesn't help anyone. These pre-measured sachets cure under UV light or straight sunlight, so you fill the ding and you're back in the water the same day.

Four options, split by what you're actually repairing: polyester or epoxy construction, and cosmetic clear finish or fibre-reinforced strength for deeper damage. Check your board's construction before choosing — polyester and epoxy resins are not interchangeable.

Sand and roughen the damaged area, apply, cure in the sun. Small enough to carry in a travel bag, quick enough to use between sessions.
